For customer service: they get an A++For a nice piece of furniture: B+Both nightstands (one far more than the other) had a situation in the back on the frame. The box they came in was in perfect condition, nothing to go on there. Clearly they won't last but the company had outstanding customer service - so much so that I'm still shopping their furniture line. I will say that these stands are PERFECT for a baby/young toddler/child room (size and space). It's a crisp white, easy to put together and except for the 'hitch in the getalong' this would get a five star rating from me.we very much enjoy how these look. during assembly I assumed it could go together in a slightly different order than the instructions stated and i was horribly wrong. simply attempting to rotate the unit 90 degrees from being on its side to flat upside down the mounting screws ripped the MDF apart at the end of the side piece where it attaches to the top surface. the only reason we didn't return it was because i have some years of construction experience and was easily able to glue the MDF back in place, re paint any exposed material and use 2 extra screws to mount the side piece to the top surface properly. if my wife was not apart of the equation i would have returned the units, got my money back, and not repaired them myself. but we all know the term happy wife happy life and she was adamant on keeping them and making me fix the one that broke to keep up with the theme she chose for our bedroom.hope the review helpsone more time for those in the back FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS 100% or its gonna break on you.Easy to assemble. Much smaller than expected although I didn’t check dimensions before purchasing. Definitely for small spaces but big enough that I’ll keep them for the price, sturdy construction and pleasing aestheticAbsolutely love these. the price is very reasonable. These night stands are small but not too small and the perfect height. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fact one of the pieces was drilled wrong so it’s off a little still works but it’s not perfect.They were the perfect size. The only issue with them is when you screw on the screws to the side pieces they tend to chip a little. Other than that they were perfect.Easy to put together. Sturdy and drawers pull in and out easily. It’s a lot shorter than what I expected but that’s my fault for not taking measurementsThese are okay, but not worth $45 each. It took awhile to put together because the holes aren't large enough and had to use force to get screws in. Also, when putting in the "B" screws, know that once they are in they can't be removed, even if they don't fit properly.This item is cute but too short for my bedroom. So, I put them in my living room. It was easy to build. If you have patience and can follow directions. They are ok. Not my favorite but will do for now.
